Getting on Base

All attendees will require a valid government issued ID to get on base on October 12 and 13.

Tickets

Please have your tickets available on your phone or printed. Tickets are emailed immediately after purchase to the email address provided during checkout. The sender email is info@ticketsignup.io. 

  • For convenience, we recommend saving the tickets to your digital wallet as soon as you receive the purchase confirmation email.

  • If you cannot find your tickets, please visit our ticket page and select the “Ticket Lookup” option in the main menu 

  • Alternatively, you can contact us at 915-910-6849 or amigoairshoinfo@gmail.com at least 7 business days prior to the event date.

  • Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate, but we highly recommend purchasing at discounted rate online by October 11.

  • Foldable lawn chairs

  • Handheld umbrellas less than 45 in diameter

  • Cameras (no bags)

  • Foldable wagons and strollers

  • Blankets 

  • Labeled prescribed and over-the-counter medication

Clear Bag Policy

Clear bag policy will be enforced. Bags must be clear and may be no larger than 12x6x12 in. Small clutch purses or similar are allowed but must be smaller than 6.5x4.5 in.

Concession Voucher

If you purchased a General Admission, ZTEX Aviator Amigo, Military Family ticket, your entry includes a $10 concession voucher. This voucher is redeemable for Jarritos, Mineragua, Señorial, Sidral Mundet, and bottled water.

Come Prepared

MSSG Amigo Airsho is an all-day, outdoor event. Consider preparing for El Paso’s weather elements. We recommend packing the following items:

  • Sunscreen

  • Sunglasses

  • Hats/caps

  • Chapstick

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Ear plugs

Gates and Parking

ALL attendees will be shuttled from the parking lot to Airsho grounds.

  • MSSG Amigo Airsho is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and relies solely on sponsorships. Due to high production costs of bringing the Airsho back, we’re unable to provide a veteran discounts at the moment, but are working to be able to provide discounts in the years to follow.

  • Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the gate, however, we encourage you to take advantage of early ticket sales for discounted prices.

  • MSSG Amigo Airsho is a rain-or-shine event, all performers have high, low and flat shows that can safely accommodate for different types of weather.

    Airsho tickets are non-refundable, however, you may transfer your ticket(s) to another person without additional fees. Click HERE to learn how to transfer tickets.

  • If you have purchased a ticket for the wrong Sho date, you can easily transfer your ticket to the correct ticket (date) using our ticket platform. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to transfer your ticket.

  • All major credit cards and cash will be accepted.

  • Yes, collapsible lawn chairs and blankets will be allowed for General Admission.

  • Yes, however, strollers and wagons must be collapsible.

  • Free parking is included with your ticket purchase.

  • Children ages 4 and under can enter Sky Pavilion or Amigo Aviators for free with their parent/guardian so long as the child is not taking a seat. The child must sit on the parent's lap or stroller/wagon. If you would like a seat for your child, a children's ticket for the Sky Pavilion or ZTEX Amigo Aviators should be purchased.
