Blueprint to Your Future: A Speaker Series for Students - Launches May 2!

This quarterly speaking series is designed for middle and high school students, giving them a front-row seat to stories of perseverance, innovation, and leadership from professionals in STEAM fields.

We’re kicking off with a powerful voice from our very own region, Ginger Kerrick-Davis, the first Hispanic female flight director at NASA and a proud El Paso native. Students will hear firsthand how curiosity, courage, and hard work shaped her journey from local roots to leading missions beyond Earth.

Fly HigHER is a bold, empowering initiative designed to inspire and equip young women to pursue careers in aviation, space, and aerospace. Through monthly programming, hands-on activities, and mentorship opportunities with community partners, students will explore their passions and gain real-world insight into high-flying industries.

Whether building aircraft models, meeting with pilots, or exploring cutting-edge tech, participants walk away not just inspired—but prepared.
