Bring your food truck to one of El Paso’s most exciting events! The Amigo Airsho draws thousands of attendees, and we’re looking for reliable vendors to help keep the crowd fueled throughout the day. Please note:

  • Space is limited

  • Applying does not guarantee approval; all applications will be reviewed.

  • The application deadline is September 11, 2026.

  • All vendors must comply with Fort Bliss's food, health, and safety regulations. Currently AAFES-approved food trucks will be given priority.

  • Vendor fee is $2,500 for both days of the event (due by September 24).

  • Selected food trucks/vendors will be promoted through Amigo Airsho’s “Flavors on the Runway” marketing campaign.
